How do I order on www.colettejewelry.com ? All creations accompanied by an "Add to cart" button can be purchased online. You may also complete your purchase by calling our Client Relations Center. What if a product is unavailable? If you are interested in purchasing a creation that is currently unavailable, we invite you to contact our Client Relations Center. A personal advisor will provide you with further information. How can I modify my order? Our personal advisors will be delighted to assist for any update of your order by phone, email or through our online chat.
What are the delivery options?
Online and phone orders can be delivered worldwide. The following delivery options may be offered depending on the region and availability of your purchase. You will receive an estimated delivery date once your selection is in your cart.
- Standard delivery: 2 to 5 business days
- Express delivery: 1 to 3 business days
Special information for the holiday season: To ensure delivery by December 25, we encourage you to order by December 20 with express delivery. Please note that exclusions may apply for creations not readily available.
How much does delivery cost?
All of our shipping options are provided in the cart.
Can I have my order delivered to a hotel or work?
Your order can be delivered to your workplace or holiday residence. Please note that a signature from an adult will be required at the time of delivery.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link to the email provided at checkout once your order has been shipped. You can also contact one of our personal advisors by phone or email for assistance.
What are my payment options?
We accept the following payment methods:

What is the exchange policy? Creations purchased online or through our Client Relations Centers can be exchange within 6 days from the delivery date.
To qualify for any exchange, the following conditions need to be met:
• It must be returned in a new and unworn state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them, as well as with the original packaging, including all accessories and documents, and accompanied by the appropriate sales slip.
• The creation does not have any personal engravings and has not been altered from its original condition (resized, modified)
• It is not a custom order or special order.

Can I return an online order in a boutique? Yes. Please contact our Client Relations Center at +1(310)-464-7207., so that they may assist you in finding a nearby boutique to process your return.
Can I exchange or return a gift?
A client or a recipient of a gift from Colette Jewelry may return or exchange it within 6 days following delivery.
All returns pass a quality assurance inspection. If approved, please allow up to 14 days before the refund is credited back to your original payment method.

Because the fine goods that are being shipped back and forth, the shipping You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit or if overage occurs, be charged to you.
